Sherlock is a lightning-fast file search and comparison utility. It performs two main functions, and it does them extremely well.

You can search any built-in volume, portable volume (flash drives, memory cards, USB drives), network drive (AFP, SMB, FTP), Thunderbolt or Firewire device (CD/DVD, external hard drive, slave computer), and more.
It doesn’t matter whether the file you’re looking for is hidden or system. The file doesn’t even need to be indexed in macOS for iScherlokk to find it.
When you search a size range, iScherlokk calculates and displays all folders that match that range.
What files can iScherlokk find?
- Since iScherlokk is not based on the Spotlight index and has its own powerful search engine, it will find every file on any accessible volume of your computer.
